By creating an account on Talk Bridge, you agree to use the platform for its intended purpose: joining your English speaking course, managing your class schedule, homework, payments and credits.
Plans are credit-based. You pay by card on Kapital Bank's secure payment page; your membership or crystals are added automatically as soon as the bank confirms the payment. Attendance and credit deductions follow the policy communicated by your teacher.
All purchases are final and non-refundable. This covers memberships, upgrades, crystal packs, the Trial and Single Crystal, and the English Level Test. Before every purchase you are asked to confirm that the payment is non-refundable, and the payment is only created after you agree.
If you are charged twice for the same purchase, or charged without receiving it because of a technical error on our side, contact us and we will correct it. Card details are entered only on Kapital Bank's page; Talk Bridge never sees or stores your card number.
Accounts are personal and should not be shared. Talk Bridge reserves the right to suspend accounts that misuse the platform.
